I am not returning. My hair is fried!! Ruined. I’ll have to have it cut off now. Even tying it up doesn’t help. I identify with an ostrich at the moment because I’d like to stick my head in a hole. Personally, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad hair experience. Jennifer came recommended. All bad.
