Best short cut ever!
The first time I had my highlights, I went to Strand's. I asked for blonde highlights in my dark hair and that's exactly what I got. The next time I went to a cheaper chain salon and I received mousey brown highlights. I will be heading back to Strand's, they know what they are doing.
