Extremely overpriced for service. Charged me almost $300 for partial highlights and didn’t even bother to give receipt . To be noted, my hair volume is not very much nor do the length. Won’t go back!
Did not have a good experience here. Even with an appointment, I had to wait around 20–25 minutes. I asked for soft layers but was unhappy with the haircut and felt my hair became more frizzy afterward. I was also not informed beforehand that Visa credit cards were supposedly not accepted, which created an uncomfortable situation at checkout. In the end they did accept the card, but the interaction felt embarrassing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
