I've had the Strandlund crew take care of my water heater, install a new ductless system, and service that system for over 5 years. Absolute top-notch service, great value and they took great care of the house when moving and installing stuff. All you have to do is look at the care they take to even make cables, hoses, pipes and other items look awesome after installing to know they have a deep attention to detail that is the best.
I just purchased a AC unit from strandlund I had a few issues on my end and I have to say these guys are amazing and they've gone way out of their way to help us with our old furnace to get everything up and running perfectly for our family. Customer service absolutely amazing and the techs are awesome and have gone above and beyond and I'm so completely happy with our purchase and their service and promptness thank you so much everyone at strandlund!!!!
The staff have been extreemly helpful teaching us about geothermal heating system in the house we recently purchased. I applaud the servicemen that have been here - very good and respectful.
I was referred to Jim Strandlund by my builder who felt Strandlund Refrigeration Heating and Cooling was the best. His bid was right and the system was installed in 2008. Jim and his crew have always been quickly responsive to my system needs and they are 5 Star! Unfortunately the hardware has had a $300 issue about five times in the last 6 years. I have a 10 year extended warranty which has covered a lot of the costs, but not all. Mine is an open system and I may change to a closed loop to eliminate corrosion by well water.... read more
