Mr. Donnell Aldridge - we apologize for the way you feel about our service and repair facility. We’ve been in business since 1962 and have the highest standards for ourselves in regards to the services we provide for our community. Sorry if the following statements make you even more upset, but since you’ve left a negative review with very many misleading statements we are going to set the record straight.... your vehicle was towed in for a couple different reasons: “no start condition,” “over heating” and “leaking coolant.” (We record all of our phone calls and have 24 hour video recording of our entire facility to prove the statements we are making.) You mentioned that our “testing process broke [your] transmission.” This statement that you made is “absolutely terrible” due to the FACT that you are wrong. Your vehicle was towed in meaning we did not know how well your vehicles transmission was working to begin with.... your vehicle has very high mileage (~250k) and very many overdue maintenance items. Your vehicle couldn’t be driven because it was overheating and leaking coolant and it would not start just as you mentioned via phone. Your vehicles radiator was leaking coolant and had failed internally which is why it was “leaking” and “overheating” as you mentioned on the initial phone call you made to our facility. YOU KNEW that your radiator was defective.... what you didn’t know and what you’re failing to realize is that your radiator is also your vehicles transmission fluid cooler.... your vehicles radiator serves multiple purposes. Please understand the way your vehicle works prior to faulting someone else. Your vehicle had a dead battery and failed alternator which means no codes were present when it was towed into our facility. When your radiator failed it also damaged your transmission. Do not blame us for the fact that your radiator caused damage to your transmission. As a courtesy due to the fact that you said in person while being at our facility “I don’t have anymore money,” we replaced your transmission for FREE. It’s not legitimate for you to leave us a bad review if we went above and beyond to help you. You know for certain that we have gone above and beyond for you... please rethink your falsified accusations. You’ve made false statements regarding our business and the services we provide. We have pictures and evidence proving that we have done absolutely nothing wrong.
