I had a horrible experience with this place I am out of state came here with a ear infection the dr was rude, the flushed my ears made it worse and refused to give me any ear drops or antibiotics. So I decided to go else wear. Where I did get better care and the stuff I did need. THIS IS URGENT CARE WAS A JOKE
MY WIFE HAD A APPOINTMENT TODAY MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN PATIENTS OF SOUTH STRAND FOR OVER 12 YEARS ,MY WIFE SUFFERERS FROM MANY AILMENTS .SHE WAS TURNED AWAY THEY WANTED $100.00 UP FRONT AT STRAND URGENT CARE CAROLINA FOREST SHE HAD BEEN SICK FOR OVER A WEEK THEY STILL TURNED HER AWAY .WE ASKED THEM TO SEND US A BILL & WE WOULD PAY IT ON FRIDAY WHEN WE GET OUR S.S.CHECK ,THE WOMEN IN THE FRONT WERE NASTY AND DID NOT CARE THEY DID NOT CARE THAT SHE WAS A PATIENT THERE FOR YEARS ,I THEN TOOK HER TO SOUTH STRAND AND MY DR ,TOOK... read more

I never have wait to long I been going there since it open and before that want to surf side.
Worst place. 1 hour and 15 minutes and I'm still waiting.
