I sent a picture of the hair style I Wanted they said YES we can do that! Supposed to be layered forword covering my ears , well the back &sides were like shaved🤬 nothing like the way I wanted! Plus it cost $50. To totally miss my hair up BEWARE.🤬🤬🤬 I called the manager she said it will end up looking like u wanted, yes 3 months down the road needless to say I'll NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR GO BACK.

First and last time going to this salon. I had a appointment set for 10:30 am. I drove a hour and 24 mins out just because I had liked this stylists work. I arrived early while he arrived 10 mins late. There was 1 other person waiting for him as well and then another showed up while he started working on both of our heads. Then another had shown up way later into the appointment . He had only asked me what I wanted my hair to look like and that was about it. Derrick is 'tha bomb"! He's very professional, skilled and offers great conversation. Yes, he is straight! He is very delicate with your hair and tableside manners are superb. My hair lays a certain way when he cuts it. He has a whole arsenal of shears- he does not come to play! Lol I've been a client for several years and never experienced an issue here.
