They did not answer/return our calls on many occasions over the last year. Very unprofessional. They missed coming for termite inspection in our first year here. Recently asked for their assistance to implement preventive measures since our neighbor found termite infestation in her house, they said they will do something only if we find termites in our house!!! Very poor service. We will take our business elsewhere.
Beware---This company has recently been bought by a NC firm that will set you up on an automatic service whether you want it or not.....I had just sprayed 2 weeks ago and they showed up while I was at work and sprayed the outside of house and then sent me a bill after I called to say I only call and schedule spraying when I get too busy....I had been with this company for 10 years, always calling and scheduling when I want service.
