Terrible experience…got cancelled on last minute before my appointment two times in a row. Was looking forward to getting my hair done only to be cancelled on 30 min before. Very unprofessional.

I wish there was more time scheduled between clients. I got my hair heavily highlighted and cut. My hair cut seemed rushed as another client for my stylist just walked in. After finishing my quick cut, the stylist was on to the next client very quickly & I did not even get to mention that I would like my hair cut shorter than she cut it. I do love my highlights though but would’ve loved a little time to express that I wanted my hair cut shorter.
Called the Strand the other day based on a recommendation from a friend. Wanted to make an appointment with someone who specialized in extensions. When the receptionist answered the phone she said, “hello?” Of course when I just heard a hello on my end I assumed I must have called the wrong number.
