I've been living at one of their rental properties since May 2021. Well designed building with no wasted space at all in my unit. Management, lead by Kris, responds and resolves issues quickly and professionally. Happy to recommend Strand to anyone that may be looking for a new home.
Very professional building management and nice amenities.
Been dealing with a bully who constantly berates and harasses us over conditions of our end of lease. They consistently go against the rental agreement act. They’ve let people into my apartment while I’m not home, they’ve screamed at us, given us fake names as to who we’re dealing with (super shady), calls from blocked/unknown numbers.
