I am a property owner in a building managed by Strand Property Corporation and am extremely disappointed with the ongoing negligence and unprofessional conduct from strata/property management. Very professional building management and nice amenities.
Been dealing with a bully who constantly berates and harasses us over conditions of our end of lease. They consistently go against the rental agreement act. They’ve let people into my apartment while I’m not home, they’ve screamed at us, given us fake names as to who we’re dealing with (super shady), calls from blocked/unknown numbers.
