Extremely good reception staff, will always try to fit you in for an appointment.I'vebeen with them since i was a child and can't fault the service they do.
Terrible experience . I submitted a registration form 2 months ago , and had to wait to get my placement appointment with a nurse to be officially registered. Finally I met Helena , very nice nurse, the was told now I became officially registered and can book an appointment. Today i got shocked when told that the system is not updated , and I’m not registered. I needed a very important service ( getting medical record ) for urgent appointment, but they couldn’t help . Never came across more rude receptionists in my life absolutely disgusting how they speak and make you feel. On the other hand the doctors here are brilliant very helpful and can always sort your problem.
Excellent surgery. Econsults answered promptly and phone calls answered swiftly and acted upon.
im very happy with this GP, theyve always seen me in good time and helped me with my issues, staff are very nice too
