Favoritism in the work place at Days Inn in Florence South Carolina. The company has failed to investigate the matters. The GM is not competent and she allows Kat and Will to do whatever they want. All of this has been brought to the attention of strand hospitality and nothing has been done.
I worked there and was fired out of retaliation because I went to HR about unfair treatment. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked at. GM and AGM get high and eat edibles at work, also they have their family members living in the hotel. Not to mention they treat their employees like trash. I would not recommend working there. Also pay is low
