I had an extremely frustrating experience with Stramit Roofing in Knoxfield - Ferntree Gully Road. The roof components order was placed through eRoofing Australia. I placed and fully paid for the order, only to be refused collection when I arrived. The reason given was that the load would overhang past the tailgate of my Toyota Hilux — something that is common and manageable when properly secured and within legal limits. A great place very helpful amazing people great quality product never choose anywhere else.
Absolutely no quality control of what leaves on trucks. Ordered a shed kit through a local shed company who ordered the kit from Stramit. On advise from shed company the kit was ordered and paid for to beat a price rise from Stramit. Delivery day arrived and truck arrived to unload. All seemed to be going well until the end when the driver was totally confused about what was still left on the truck as none of the job numbers matched up with what was left.
