Have to amend my review. Strait Plumbing is a nightmare, full stop. The new water heater they installed began leaking a day later. The owner came out to look at it, waved a little towel around to show us how little water there was to mop up, and said they'd replace it if it kept leaking, not to worry. He couldn't find anything wrong with it that particular day, so he left and by the next morning, there was water in the pan, again. So we called. They came out and replaced the valve. Replaced a leaking water heater. They were able to help us sooner than anyone else, and they were priced better than anyone else. They called when they said they would on the morning of the service to give us the time window for the service, they arrived within the promised time window, they were professional, friendly and fast. They cleaned up the area perfectly upon completion. Would recommend heartily and use call them again in a heartbeat.
