Amazing experience! Jim was very knowledgeable with the product he was selling. He walked us through installation practices along with different products.
smaller place. Nice enough personnel. Check in at the office for directions upon where they want to unload you at. it is FCFS and i had about a 1/2hr wait while they were unloading another truck. However, when it was my turn, they unloaded someone else that literally just got there. He wasn’t even in strapped yet and i was but they still let him jump the line. Once they finally started unloading it took the guy an hour to unload just 14 bundles.
Todd was a wonderful delight to work with. Helped me so much.
I do not recommend this place. Whoever the man Todd is that works in the front should be fired and reevaluated. He agreed he made a mistake on a special order and told us to eat our money and pay another $500 for a new order. Absolutely poor customer service. Everyone else was very kind besides this Todd individual. I hope he finds a new career because this type of work doesn’t seem to fit well for him.
