Shelly is great. Very knowledgeable, watched me walk down the hall and knew immediately it wasn't my knee that was the problem, but my hip was making my knee hurt. She got right to the problem points and after 3 sessions feeling a lot better. Thanks Shelly!

I've worked with several of the trainers here, and each brings their own unique expertise. They've helped me overcome past injuries, so I can keep doing the activities I love. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, supportive personal trainers.

I love this place! I've worked with Tara and Keith for almost 3 months now. I had a injury that limited my exercise for a while. Rossiter, Fit-in-4 and there continuing fitness sessions have made a huge improve in my daily life and the activities that I loving doing with friends and family. I can't recommend them more!
