5 Star : Likely to Recommend I have had 3 cars repaired due to collision with Straightline, and I never had very real issues. The first car was totaled by the insurance carrier and I had to buy another one. The second car was repaired without issues. I have always been thoroughly pleased and impressed at the work you do and the professionalism at the shop. However this was my first experience where I wasn't totally happy with the job.
