One guy was nice, the owner was sketchy
I brought in my corolla to get some damage to the trunk fixed. Simple, right? When I returned to pick up my car, they happily gave me my keys, and I unhappily discovered that there were new scratches on the trunk from where they'd pried off the toyota symbol and reattached it. I was also missing the word "toyota" and the "CE". When I complained, the owner argued with me. First he claimed that the scratches were already there, then he pointed to some chipped paint on another part of my car and commented that the scratches were minor in the scheme of things. Then he said that those decals weren't included in his estimate, then he claimed that my car must've had bodywork done on the trunk before, because the decals weren't there in the first place. Only after I brought the pictures from my insurance company did he quit with the BS. His staff was very helpful, even after I argued with their boss. I eventually walked out of there with my car restored to pre-damage condition, but not without feeling completely sketched out and angry.
