Just had my third session with James from Straighten Up and have noticed a big difference in how my body feels and moves. I have scoliosis and I was experiencing a lot of hip and back pain, after my first session the pain I was experiencing when I walked into the session had gone and my nervous system felt more relaxed. My sessions with James were deeply relaxing and I felt a balancing effect in my body. The Torus meditation he taught me was easy to learn and something I can rely on as a self care measure I can drop into any time on my own :)
