I visited James for a couple of months as I had acute pain in my lower back. After visits I slept soundly and felt much more relaxed. During that time I started Block Therapy and one day I realised the pain was 90% reduced. I feel that the two therapies helped me.

I went to see James upon recommendation from my partner. I always have lower back pain but I also had neck and shoulder issues at the time as well. I walked out feeling taller which felt nice but the biggest change was that my chest and rib cage felt higher and my breathing was so much deeper and less forced. It was like a reset. James has a real considered technique and also, very importantly he articulates it so well so that it all makes sense.
