Purchased a house that had been repaired by Straight Up foundation repair and they have been absolutely impossible to get ahold of to try and transfer the warranty. Once someone finally answered, they told us that we were after the transfer period and they would get back with us. We have yet to hear anything. I really wish they were more attentive to customer needs/requests.
