Recently encountered Donna, an agent from Straight Up Realty when we became interested in her listed property at 5875 Big Woods Rd. Long story short, it is obvious that she mislead her client in the value of the property after inspection reports, analysis and estimates of multiple general contractors for the EXTENSIVE amount of work required for the severely neglected home.
