The company sent out Austin. He was personable & professional. The only downside is getting your kitchen drained cleaned out is EXPENSIVE.
We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! They were hired to install a 2" gas line for a pool heater and gas grill. They promise to start the next day for me which they did right on time that they promise me.
