Anthony, the owner, was outstanding to work with. He came out the same day I called to troubleshoot my system. After giving me some options for fixes, we went with upgrading my system all new. No pressure for upselling. Installed in one day the same week with fantastic quality. Look no further. Give this guy a call and forget about it. You won’t regret it.
Use this HVAC company. My ice maker was making a lot of noise and then shut down my refrigerator. Anthony came and was respectful, Professional, knowledgeable, he knew just what to do, and fixed it. Most of all the repairs were FAIR PRICED. I HIGHLY recommend him. I will be calling Straight Up Cool for all my HVAC Maintenace, and any needs.
Anthony was prompt and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use his services again for any future AC needs and highly recommend him to others.
Anthony and his son were so helpful in fixing our A/C problem. He also gave us suggestions for improved system performance.
Anthony was great. He explained and showed me everything I needed to understand what the problem was. He came on a Saturday when my a/c went out. He was able to show me how to get it running intermittently until he was able to come back and replace the unit. Nothing worse than being without a/c in the summer time.
