My husband and I had them cater our wedding. They were so patient with us when we customized our menu for Tex- Mex. It worked so well and everyone loved the options. The horseradish mashed potatoes with the guiness short ribs were a hit and everyone enjoyed the fajita station. Sue was great to work with- she really took the time to go over our menu and refine it for our special day. They also were very accommodating for vegetarian lifestyles!

Sue and her team did an amazing job putting together our wedding menu. We loved that she kept referring to the dinner as our first meal as a new family, and you can tell she took that statement very seriously. Everything was so delicious, and she even had my and my husbands plate ready for us at our table so we could eat without getting stuck in the buffet like talking. Working with Straight to the Plate for our wedding at the Shenandoah Mill was absolutely incredible. The tasting was such a fun, intimate experience, and the day of was incredible.
