They take your money and don’t resolve any issues after they are done. I’m sorry I had them replace my windows. I paid them in full November 10th and it’s now July 24th and I have one single hung window that won’t stay open, one window that has dirt between the glass, one that has the seal coming out. Had Brian leave me another voicemail that the manufacturer doesn’t respond. I called him back and he said I should not have called him back at his private residence. Bizarre experience
