I love coming here! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I've never had problems with getting an appointment. Dr. Ovens does fantastic work. I had adult orthodontics and both of my daughters are currently in treatment. They treat you like family here. I highly recommend Straight Line Orthodontics.
Always has a great experience in the office. They're always able to accommodate those emergency "loose wire, something wrong with bracket" visits.
Straight Line Orthodontics is the BEST place to go for your ortho needs! The office is a fun, clean no-nonsense place. They will not put you through the "assembly line" We went to a different office first and the Fee was RIDICULOUS! More then a brand new vehicle and they were putting kids through an assembly type line of treatment. We RAN "STRAIGHT" to Dr. Ovens and right away we LOVED the office, the employees are like family! The staff is courteous and quick. I always feel like a customer, greeted by lots of friendly (and straight) smiles! Our appointment times are brief and always on time, as the staff all run a very efficient practice. All options are well explained and to the point on cost with no "sales pitch" or feelings of being pressured into buying upgrades, though they're available if that's what you're looking for. Straight Line did an amazing job with my daughter's teeth. Dr. Ovens and his staff were SO good with her, which was a relief since my daughter is so painfully shy and nervous.
If you are thinking about getting your teeth straightened, this is the place. Dr. Ovens, Paula and the girls will treat you like family. They have all worked together for quite sometime now and it shows in how they love what they do! You can be sure to be treated honestly and gently with this crew at the train station and you'll see what I mean as soon as you walk in the door! Tell them Gail sent ya !
Straightline is the best. I was number 4 in my family to use them and my wife will be number 5.
