We recently had Straight Line Heating and Cooling replace our 22-year-old HVAC system at our home, which is the second project we've used them for. We needed a new HVAC system after our heater failed. Straightline replaced a part to get us through until we could have them install the new system a couple weeks later. This is the HVAC company you want in your home. From beginning to end the professionalism, communication, and finish product were top shelf. No lolly gaggin, they came in and got to work. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived too! Also a very fair and non inflated estimate. Will be recommending to anyone I know that is in need of HVAC services.
Our experience using Straightline Heating and Cooling was excellent. Sydney and his crew are knowledgeable, personable and caring. Their dealings are transparent and clear. Service was completed within the promised schedule. And our heating and air conditioning is much improved. I would highly recommend Straightline.
