We are pleased with Straight Line HVAC. They installed a new furnace, and grills for us. They were timely, professional, and efficient. They left the house clean in addition they did all the paperwork for permiting of the furnace. The workers were kind even our pups were happy with the workers.
The entire team at Straight Line is excellent! Their price was fair, bid handled promptly, and the entire job was managed in a professional manner. We had a Split Unit Heat Pump installed in the living quarters of our small home. The unit dose a great job keeping us comfortable, and the heat even migrating to the back bedrooms, keeping them a few degrees cooled that the main living area...just the way we like it. We recently had our failing HVAC system replaced. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had. We had numerous bids and decided to go with Sidney and Straight Line. It was a terrific choice. It was actually the best bid we received for the most amount of work performed. We had a Trane heat pump installed with a back up gas furnace for those really cold mornings along with new vents...a complete overhaul of our inadequate existing system. My husband and I had a system that was almost 40 years old. After reviewing several bids we decided to use Straight Line. They were very professional, on time and did exactly what we wanted. I would definitely call Sydney and his team again. Very very happy.
Sydney and his crew were really great. Our A/C stopped cooling and we scheduled with a different company but they pushed us out after we had a scheduled appointment. A friend recommended Sydney and he was able to come out in two days in the middle of summer. After trying to fix the unit we have it didn’t work and Sydney recommended to replace the unit. But Sydney worked with us and gave us a deal because of the service fee from the first time we came out. I can definitely say that he gave a way better deal than he needed to.... read more
