Can't say enough good things about Straight Line. Normally you expect to get quality work or a low price. Somehow Straight Line managed both. I had to replace my HVAC system and their owner Sydney personally came out to assess my system and needs. The other companies I got quotes from (who were also very highly rated) only wanted to replace my HVAC unit without paying any attention to the important details, such as my undersized return duct, poor air flow registers, and too small of unit support slab/rusting frame. Sydney, owner of Straight Line, won me over during our first meeting by being genuine, straightforward and not pushy in the least. We had interviewed other companies, so knew what we were looking for by the time of our meeting. His team is fantastic to work with: personable young men who come in, do their job, KNOW what they are doing, clean up and are off. Sydney and his team could not have been more efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an excellent job replacing our heating and air in a timely manner.
