One of their drivers drive like a maniac and are a danger to the public. White sierra on 7/30.
I gave them a 5 star review when they installed the fence, and 2 years later I stand by it. 80mph winds busted the latch off the double gate, and I reached out to Jim to ask a question about fixing it myself. Even out of warranty, they swung by when the crew was in town to repair it. Jim has been so knowledge and willing to help us keep our fence in the best shape! Tornados aside, our fence still looks brand new.
Jake helped us with our house fence. He was knowledgeable, honest, and timely. I highly recommend Straight Line Fence for any of your home or business needs.
As a first time homeowner, I made a few reactionary decisions about home improvements. I had my wider gate put in on the wrong side of my house and only learned my mistake when I needed work done and the equipment wouldn't fit through the smaller gate access. Straight Line Fence to the rescue to make the gate switch for me. They went above and beyond to make this happen and I'm so grateful. Pete and the team are so easy to work with and so kind. I highly recommend them.
Jake actually took the time to call me directly and explain their inventory and the situation of how they operate to me. It was really appreciated and I now got a good idea of how to tackle my project.
