The consultation happened the very day I was moving into my new home, and they immediately understood how important it was for me to have a fence installed before winter for my dogs. Straight Line Fence was so helpful and fast. We love the look of our wooden fence and appreciate how quick and efficient Their workers were.
From my first scheduling call with Melissa, to the project planning with Pete, ending with the finished project by Austin, customer service was excellent. I was surprised and pleased with how quickly my fence was added to and rearranged so that I can now let my dogs out into the back yard without my having to go outside and open the gate for them. Although it was a small project, they treated me and my concerns with respect and did a great job. I love my new fence.
We love our new fence! Jeff was so easy to work with prior to install and the guys doing the install were efficient and quick! Our dogs (and us) are loving the backyard!
