My experience with Straight Forward Property Management has been very disappointing. My clients were already approved, and the lease was prepared, but when they requested a simple change in the move-in date, the company delayed sending the revised lease, added fees, and gave poor communication. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this property management company has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. My clients were approved for a rental property and ready to move forward. The only request was to change the lease start date by a few days. The company immediately added a $50 “lease change” fee, which my clients agreed to pay. Mrs. Susan answered promptly, went to my property the same day, assessed the situation, we signed the paperwork next day and my house is online already. After owning our own homes, we chose to take a break from home ownership and focus on building our investment business. We were skeptical of renting, especially with a management company involved, since we had never rented a home before. Straight Forward made the process easy and have been very responsive which has made our time with them enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend renting a property with them.
I truly adore working with the ladies at Straight Forward Proper Management. These women and company move at the speed of light whenever I had an issue or question and they are so polite. Thank you for all of prompt responses and excellent customer service to this tenant!!!
