After owning our own homes, we chose to take a break from home ownership and focus on building our investment business. We were skeptical of renting, especially with a management company involved, since we had never rented a home before. Straight Forward made the process easy and have been very responsive which has made our time with them enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend renting a property with them.
I truly adore working with the ladies at Straight Forward Proper Management. These women and company move at the speed of light whenever I had an issue or question and they are so polite. Thank you for all of prompt responses and excellent customer service to this tenant!!!
The folks at Straightforward Property Management have had our house under their care for just over five years, and they have done an outstanding job of managing the house as well as the tenants who have lived there. They basically have taken care of everything - soup to nuts - and we have no complaints whatsoever about their performance. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing property management services.
