I’ve been attending this gym off and on for 9 years. It’s always been welcoming and fun. I’ve even made long term friendships over the years. The owner is very supportive and attentive and always caters to his members. I could not recommend this place any higher than 5 stars!
Amazing place. All they want to do is help you get to the goals you are looking for. I was a pretty big guy and it can be intimidating, but just being there is a win. Great coaches, great people, and all the other members want to improve themselves, just like you. Can't go wrong with at least giving them a shot with the free class. Bite the bullet and just stop in!
Me and my buddy, who lives in Summerlin and just started CrossFit, dropped into the noon class with Coach Reina. Immediately walked in and was greeted by the community who were very hospitable. Did a 2 part workout, strength then metcon piece. Coach Reina did a fantastic job explaining the points of performance. Was a fairly big class and the energy was electric! If you are ever in Vegas and have family and friends in the Enterprise or Spring Valley area, then be sure to drop in!
