I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I don’t want someone else to go through this. This company charged me for seasonal snow removal, yet they came whenever they felt like it. More than once, I ended up having to clear my own driveway. Very unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Not satisfied. They have come during work hours with a lot full of cars. This has happened multiple times after Ive asked them politely to service us in the morning or after hours. I will no longer be using their service. They have made slick remarks previously. I had a good experience the first season. Sad that I was treated with a lack of respect the second go around. Cant recommend this business to the chamber.
