Our apartment was recently renovated/repainted when we moved in 2 years ago. Have not experienced the mold issue other reviewers have mentioned. Cheap rent with gigabit internet included in price. I think some of the units are still due for renovations but we got lucky with ours
Pictured is the mold we faced while living here — the big splotch was behind our couch. Please avoid this place at all costs… it’s not healthy to live here. I have talked to others and they experienced similar problems.
Loved this place! Was extremely affordable and was easy to get to campus. The owners have been extremely helpful with anything that we have ever needed which hasn’t been much.
I lived here for one year while attending UW-Platteville. It was the worst living experience of my life. Highlights include my apartment being literally classified as a "human health hazard" and me being unable to open a door without hundreds of bugs falling on me. First, mold was a huge problem at this apartment, and I heard the same thing from people living in several different units, so it wasn't just us.
