I don’t like the fact that they overcharged me on my quote $1200. Two other roofing companies did their own inspections and they both quoted me a price that was dead on! They told me that my Allstate insurance company would pay for the replacement of the roof. when the claims adjuster came out from the insurance company. He declined the payment as he said you don’t have enough hail damage in a one area of the house to allow us to make a claim. A Mr Bronson Williams came out to my property and took good care of me he was very polite and very well spoken he actually let me get on the roof with him and taught me a couple of things about roofing as well as the process yhat the company goes through to Ensure your home has a new safe and sturdy roof even Even offered me a job with the company with that being said the company just might have a new employee here soon
Excellent service once again by STR8 UP. My second roof by them. The clean up of the yard afterwards was exceptionally good. I would have them back a third time if necessary. JB
