The workers were really nice and they worked extremely fast there was a free inspection leading up to it.
The worst experience I've ever had the sales guys are Horrible Skyler Teague will not return your calls, after you tell them the roofing people messed up and didn't put the metal flashing on then they sent the other sales guy Landon to negotiate they are all out to cheat you out of every dollar ,the salesperson really made it a bad experience
Soon After a major hailstorm a salesman from STR8 UP Roofing approached us as we are working in the yard. My first inclination was to blow him off. But Dakota Skinner was so professional, and so courteous we allowed him to get on the roof and examine. He came down with pictures and showed us the damage and then offered to contact our insurance company. he not only contacted our insurance company, but he made it a point to be here when the adjuster was here and got up on the roof with him.
