As always, Tony is the man!!!! This was my 2nd transaction with Tony, I had an awesome experience and will continue to use Tony. Tony has an unique ability in regards to communicating with listing agent to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Tony if you are looking to get the deal done or just doing the work yourself. Personally, I will still use Tony even if the rebate was not available because he knows how to get the deal done.

I had an awesome experience with Anthony.
