I recently had a hair appointment for a cut and style for my birthday. I have been to stylist before and they just went to her happy and chop my hair completely off. But not with the stylist I had which was Sonya B. She was awesome! Her customer service, professionalism and humour were an asset to the experience. Sonya B also did an excellent job on washing my hair and doing a deep conditioning treatment. Her nails did not scratch the heck out of my scalp which was a plus. It actually almost put me to sleep.
