I have rented from Charles to be close to work. I have had problems since day 1. Got to original property no wifi, no box spring/bed, I had a host of issues that he discounted the monthly rent to compensate. Lies from day 1. Waited 2 months for wifi. Used my own hotspot to provide. This lasted 5-6 months. After this he moved me to another unit that was near campus. It was bigger for the same price. I didn't argue. Have worked with them for a couple years at this point, has been a great experience after working with a few different companies.
Update: As of today 1st March, I still have not received a penny from STR capital after TWO weeks late payment , the owner always has various excuses for the reasons, either the PayPal has problems or their business banking has issues, already sent out a demand letter and waiting for the legal counsel to take actions, I will update on this.
Be AWARE!I am a local landlord and Columbus licensed realtor that owns long term and short term rental, this is by far the worse property management company I have met and very unfortunately still dealing with them as of today. The owner always late for making the payment that I made from the rental, which is completely against the contract, and always have this and that excuses for the reasons of delay. We rented this airbnb and were going to Easton for a weekend with our kids. Every part of the stay was incredible from beginning to end. We already booked our return trip.
