I had a really positive experience here. The staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely wants to help people heal and grow. The environment felt safe and welcoming, and I always felt treated with respect. I’m grateful for the support I received and would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for compassionate behavioral health care.
I cannot say enough about my positive experience in the mental health IOP program at STR Lancaster! I had no idea what to expect going in but am grateful to say that this program was beyond what I could have imagined in terms of how it shifted the trajectory of my mental health journey. This place is amazing. The staff is truly amazing. Would recommend to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
What I did here at STR has been one of the biggest and most important things I’ve ever done. I came in here scared, broken, beaten, in my darkest hour. This place saved me. You all saved me. I couldn’t imagine coming in how good what I’ve done here with all of you would make me feel Every time I walked through the door here I got something out of being here. I want each and every one of the folks at STR to know how much your words, support, and showing up mean to me. I’ll never forget any of you.
