I've made over 50 visits here in the past 13 months. Perfect every time..
I have lymphedema and I had wounds. They saw me, got me better, and referred me to St Tammy lymphedema clinic. Lymphedema clinic was terrible experience. They want to wrap people and see them every 2 weeks because they don’t have appointments available! They work till 5 but you can’t get and appointment after 1 or 2. I scheduled way ahead of time the slots I needed , the girl at the front desk scheduled them all wrong, on the one day I said i couldn’t come, and her response was oh well there are no appointments now. I spoke to Ms M. Toups today & I was told very nicely the hospital will help Veterans & the VA but we DO NOT ACCEPT veterans without private insurance to bill for the Wound care STHS Clinic. 😳😤. I asked her if they would accept a CC or cash for their physicians in wound care & she said they would not ! #armyveteran #usa #va #vaveterans
