Doctors are good BUT STPH Bone & Joint Clinic administration is very weak! I had a successful arthroscopic knee meniscus repair 10/21/2020 by Dr Roch Hontas. The office told me that Aetna approved, and surgery was scheduled. After the surgery Aetna sated that my surgery was REJECTED and that I was responsible. Went through all my appeals and STPH Bone & Joint Clinic office did not want to assist making things right. Both St Tammany hospital & Dr Roch Hontas' office wrote off the charges. If I could give a zero star review I would. DO NOT BEING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! For the second time I brought my very sick child in. This visit She had 103 fever and extreme diarrhea. I was treated like I was bothering them for bringing her. They did no blood work, took no stool samples. Only did a urinalysis. We were treated exactly the same when she had RSV last year.
