Gary is an excellent landlord! He fixed things in a timely manner, and he is really kind and understanding. I have lived in my current home for 3 years, and it has been wonderful. Definitely rent from him if you can!
Husband and I rented from Gary for over four years and never a single gripe! Always fixed any issues quickly, very understanding and helpful. And he even blew bubbles with my kids 😂 you couldn't find a better landlord here!
Poorly managed and poorly maintained, his negligence lead to the destruction of a gaming computer amongst other personal property. The place is full of hazards, flooded multiple times, the kitchen has hot water for only 2min because it has a different heat line....I can go on for hours. Avoid these properties.
