Overall not a bad doctors office the people are nice. But they did miss major red flags on blood tests regarding my thyroid levels to the point where I had to point out the discrepancies myself and then ask them about medications. Dr blackstone said I should’ve been on meds for 2 years but they “missed it”. Ive called the last 3 days for an SSRI med refill and crickets currently withdrawing with them making no attempt to call me. So now I have to be annoying and call for the 4th time after leaving multiple messages.
Doctor Shannon Hoffman is a lifesaver and I will go to my grave 10 toes down on that; she is fabulous and I would give this rating higher. If not for the answering service that is so trash that every time I have to call I wish I could just destroy everything. They need to get their act together. They call and ask me to come in early for an appointment then don't change in computer making me waste my time. Then rudely arguing with me as to what I'm there for? Get your act together! This is no way to treat patients.
Missed a med check appt, won’t refill meds till they meet with me… Apparently not taking appt’s for 6 months.. Do yourself a favor and find another provider. Thank god my meds aren’t life threatening.
