I received a bill for .89 cents from 2024 2 days ago ( its may of 2026) from PMSI at stowe. Come on now my head shook as I met some of the nicest people at that place and went there for 15 years. I left with Blackstone and I guess thats the penalty. Check is in the mail
My grand mother has been going to this practice for over 20 years. Usually only need routine yearly checks. She is now 84 years old and having leg pain and needs to be seen. After finally getting a return call they said they are booked up until December!! Unless i want to call every morning at 8am to see if she can get in a sick appt. Overall not a bad doctors office the people are nice. But they did miss major red flags on blood tests regarding my thyroid levels to the point where I had to point out the discrepancies myself and then ask them about medications. Dr blackstone said I should’ve been on meds for 2 years but they “missed it”. Ive called the last 3 days for an SSRI med refill and crickets currently withdrawing with them making no attempt to call me. So now I have to be annoying and call for the 4th time after leaving multiple messages.
Doctor Shannon Hoffman is a lifesaver and I will go to my grave 10 toes down on that; she is fabulous and I would give this rating higher. If not for the answering service that is so trash that every time I have to call I wish I could just destroy everything.
