They need to get their act together. They call and ask me to come in early for an appointment then don't change in computer making me waste my time. Then rudely arguing with me as to what I'm there for? Get your act together! This is no way to treat patients.
Missed a med check appt, won’t refill meds till they meet with me… Apparently not taking appt’s for 6 months.. Do yourself a favor and find another provider. Thank god my meds aren’t life threatening.
The only reason I gave them a 3 is because it is so difficult to get a prescription called into the pharmacy. We see Amy and she is wonderful.
