I didn’t like this experience because when I booked through Airbnb they took all my money upfront. Months later when I arrived I got to the place and they didn’t even have my reservation. After calling and emergency number which was useless because it was an answering machine, there was nothing resolved. After the stress of this I contacted the company and they eventually got back to me with a half apology and called me a liar since they didn’t have any record of my calls.
