Practically a billing scam. I have had a rental unit there for over five years without incident. I recently lost my wallet and had to have my debit card (with which I have had an automatic draft for five years) turned off. I was billed late fees THREE times in a matter of days (15 to days to be exact) before I could get back in town to let them run my debit card to restart my draft. When I tried to call, I got a recording. When I went there, there was a note in the door to call! What a way to treat a long time customer!!!
