Great customer service. Toni was amazing with the move-in and after moving assistance. We moved from Chicago and needed storage for our remaining product inventory from our closed retail store. Toni took care of us in such a professional manner providing creative suggestions that helped make our move much much easier. And the pricing was very competitive as well.

I have been working on some roof repairs at this facility and wanted to provide a positive review for your office manager Toni. She is a super sweet lady and was extremely helpful while we were there. She is very knowledgeable of her buildings and communicates the issues very well which helped us to locate and solve the problems with the roof leaks. Recently moved to the Madison area. Found Stowaway Canton in July 2025. It is convenient, reasonable priced for climate controlled and clean. Also, has a bathroom near the office. Toni is very friendly and very helpful. She gave us advice and tips to local restaurants and events which greatly appreciated. We liked the facility so much we ended up renting another large climate controlled unit.

The place was great. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and I ended up renting a unit. Would recommend Stowaway Canton to anyone.
