As a patient who absolutely dreads tooth extraction. (Wisdom teeth) The Stow Dental team goes out of their way to make you comfortable. They’re top notch.
The staff is great. It had been a few years after my previous Dentist had retired and from my initial visit they have been excellent. I needed a couple of crowns due to a tooth breaking apart and a cracked tooth. I was very pleased with the care that they gave me.
Had a great experience with Stow Dental. Katie did an amazing job with my cleaning and gave me a ton of tips and information to keep my teeth healthy! Very happy and fully reccommend Stow Dental
Great bedside manner, friendly staff and professional
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Both times I went in I experienced an issue. Today I went in for a routine cleaning and the dentist was not there, only the hygienist. Apparently the dentist had left early, which was not communicated to me ahead of time. A dentist appointment ALWAYS includes both the hygienist and the dentist! The dentist's absence needed to have been communicated to me ahead of time so I could have rescheduled.
