The hours are very limited for the price. The resident manager, Eva, is superb at her job. excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The other employee, Brendan, has no customer service skills whatsoever. He is very rude and has no people skills. He is the main reason I moved to another storage. He closes the front door early and harasses you if you are still moving things 15 minutes before closing! Anytime I ask a question he sighs and doesn't listen!
Charged me $150 at the end of june and tried to charge me again at the start of July. I paid 150 for four days of use? Ridiculous. There are many other storage unit options in San rafael, I suggest using a different one. The employee i met was nice tho. Just bad business model.
Michael is in managing @ the Petaluma location. Without me asking he wend above and beyond to help me. I am disabled and live in San Rafael Marin County.
