Sewage back-up in a finished basement. UGH! Jordan of Stover's Restoration in Emporia immediately returned my call and came over before the city had even been here to clean the main lines, which was the cause of the problem. Professional, efficient, client-centered, very competent. They stick with you until the job is done. Special shout out to Jordan, Mary, and Mario and the entire crew. Highly recommend.
