Rachel Stover was my doctor before becoming a concierge doctor and I did not want to lose her care, so I went with the concierge concept. I like to have a personal relationship with my GP, and while I don't really have any serious health issues, I'm at an age when we say “what will tomorrow bring? Now I am comfortable to know that Dr Stover knows me well enough to help me deal with any health issues that lie ahead.
Dr. Rachel Stover and Kelly Fleming provide excellent care and are particularly timely and responsive when a sudden health problem occurs.
Professional staff, always ready to help.. Every one very polite.
Just called to ask if they were accepting new patients. Lady on the phone asked if I want to be a "concierge patient" I asked what that means. She explained you pay several thousand a year for a "more personal touch". I said no I'm not interested in that. Then, before I can ask if I can be seen as a regular patient, not this ridiculous subscription plan when I only need one appointment, not a year's worth, she says 'thank you' and HANGS UP ON ME!
