Had to call Stovall at 1am on a Monday morning, while just across state line in AL. I was headed to Nashville from Birmingham. Promptly picked me up, Truck and Equipment was immaculate. Very professional in that when I asked about where I should take my car to be fixed, he didn’t pick a favorite or a buddy. He gave me a list of a few and simply advised to call to find out who could get me in. Excellent friendly service, hope to not need them again but if I do, it will be my first call.
Wife and I tried taking a vehicle for repair after an accident. I'm assuming it was the owner whom I dealt with, and the guy treated my family with a huge amount of disrespect when all we were asking for was a quick estimate to shoot the insurance company to get the process going. Will never go back nor recommend, had a body shop that took us in a day later, no sweat.
