They don’t repair anything and if anything have to fix it would you have to wait months until they fix it just worried about the rent,,,,
Mrs. Connie treated me like royalty. She was incredibly professional and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. The apartment she showed me was beautiful spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and designed with an upscale style that perfectly aligns with what I'm looking for in an apartment. It also offers plenty of storage space both inside and outside the apartment, which is a huge bonus. Thank you! Future Resident
The maintenance staff at Mirador is stellar! They are extremely knowledgeable and do their best to have quick response times. They always do everything needed until the problem is resolved. They truly elevate the living experience at this apartment complex!
Don’t recommend this place. The Smell of marihuana , front door broken all the time, anybody can come in and out in the back side cause the fence is a joke, I bet security cam don’t work either. Leasing office is the worst they are horrible at tracking issues and concerns. They lack communication between each other and maintance team. Etc etc
