I’ve been living here a while and Kiyon’te has always been very helpful, professional, and friendly. She’s always responded quickly to my questions and problems she’s goes above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend her if you need any assistance
I worked with Kiyon’te for my tour and getting the process started, and she made everything super easy. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. Definitely made the experience a lot better!
Overall decent place to leave in aside of the tenis courts without a net and a picketball court with light but were never on.Pool closed most part of the SUMMER..On move out I got a mail they charged 300$ to remove a patio couch that weighs 20 pounds and 25$ for bag of “trash”..500$ were taken from deposit and on top of that charges of 475$ for 7 bags and a tiny couch.Not sure what kind of money this people do but definitely those maths are not from this world..They have probably 4 workers for the condominium but they (had t... read more
